INTERNSHIP OFFER – Project Production & Coordination

Internship Objective
Immersed in the heart of our dynamic team, the intern will actively contribute to the production of our events and the development of our professional network built over 10 years of festival programming. You will play a key role in the organization and visibility of projects across the city.

Main Responsibilities

1. Communication & Coordination

  • Support smooth information flow internally and with our partners.
  • Assist the communications department in promoting events.
  • Liaise directly with artists, volunteers, and collaborators to ensure events run smoothly.

2. Logistics Management

  • Follow all stages of cultural project production.
  • Support coordination with vendors and logistical partners.
  • Oversee event production, space management, installation setup, and equipment.
  • Assist with setting up digital tools.
  • Coordinate technical needs with artists and contributors.
  • Be present on-site during events.

3. Project Management

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with all stakeholders.
  • Help prepare, implement, and monitor event operations (schedules, deliveries, deliverables).
  • Coordinate logistical production between the organization and its partners.

4. Research & Documentation Management

  • Update databases (partners, volunteers, tech sheets).
  • Maintain documentation related to the projects.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose practical improvements.

Desired Profile
Degree in project management, cultural production, or a relevant field — or equivalent experience. Experience in event production and/or communications is an asset.

Skills
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
-Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.
-Proactive, resourceful, team player.
-Interest in digital arts and emerging culture.
