**MAPP_MTL invites you to participate in MINUTE_MAPP, which will be presented on September 25, 2025**, at the Van Horne Skatepark in Montreal as part of the 10th edition of the MAPP_MTL festival.

MINUTE_MAPP is an open platform for expression and exploration of new ideas in the form of 60-second projection mapping. The creation surface is the façade of the iconic Million Tapis et Tuiles (Million Carpets and Tiles) in front of the Van Horne Skatepark and the theme this year is CROISEMENTS.

A prestigious jury will offer a prize to their favorite MINUTE_MAPP. The event will also be broadcasted online, where the audience will be able to vote for the public award. 

MINUTE_MAPP began in Montreal in 2013 and features a diverse range of creators from different backgrounds, many of whom are experimenting with this form of creation for the first time.

MAPP_X | MINUTE_MAPP 2025 - Call for Participants | September 25

MAPP_MTL invites you to participate in MINUTE_MAPP, which will be presented on September 25, 2025, at the Van Horne Skatepark in Montreal as part of the 10th edition of the MAPP_MTL festival.

**Internship Objective**  
Immersed in the heart of our dynamic team, the intern will actively contribute to the production of our events and the development of our professional network built over 10 years of festival programming. You will play a key role in the organization and visibility of projects across the city.

Main Responsibilities

**1. Communication & Coordination**  
- Support smooth information flow internally and with our partners.  
- Assist the communications department in promoting events.  
- Liaise directly with artists, volunteers, and collaborators to ensure events run smoothly.

**2. Logistics Management**  
- Follow all stages of cultural project production.  
- Support coordination with vendors and logistical partners.  
- Oversee event production, space management, installation setup, and equipment.  
- Assist with setting up digital tools.  
- Coordinate technical needs with artists and contributors.  
- Be present on-site during events.

**3. Project Management**  
- Conduct regular follow-ups with all stakeholders.  
- Help prepare, implement, and monitor event operations (schedules, deliveries, deliverables).  
- Coordinate logistical production between the organization and its partners.

**4. Research & Documentation Management**  
- Update databases (partners, volunteers, tech sheets).  
- Maintain documentation related to the projects.

**5. Continuous Improvement**  
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose practical improvements.

Desired Profile  
Degree in project management, cultural production, or a relevant field — or equivalent experience. 
Experience in event production and/or communications is an asset.

Skills  
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.  
-Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.  
-Proactive, resourceful, team player.  
-Interest in digital arts and emerging culture.

Celebrate the exhibition's grand finale with an improvised electronic jam by Silicon Beats and a final opportunity to meet the artists and view the artworks.

On June 5, 2025, be moved by a unique and heartfelt projection created by members of the Centre communautaire Radisson—individuals living with physical disabilities—guided by artists Maylee Keo and Marc-Olivier Lamothe.

Over 13 weeks, participants explored digital art through projection mapping workshops using the Tagtool app on iPad. Together, they created vibrant and emotional works filled with poetry and powerful messages about inclusion, recognition, and self-expression.

📍 Join us on Wednesday, June 5, 2025, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Place Guilbault in Montréal to experience this inspiring collective creation, projected large in a public space! (In case of rain, the event will be postponed to June 6.)
